Account information: Name, email address, company name, and billing details when you create an account or start a trial.

Platform data: Operational data you enter or import into the platform — orders, vendors, invoices, inventory, financial records. This is your data. We process it to provide the service.

Usage data: How you use the platform (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the product.

Communications: Emails, support requests, and demo inquiries you send us.

Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
